Question 1

What does the assessment cover?

Accepted Answer

Ternveil models attack paths across your digital platform and simulates attacks to uncover weaknesses. When you request an assessment, you can describe the systems, environments, domains, APIs, and user roles you are authorized to include, along with explicit exclusions.

Question 2

How does the assessment process work?

Accepted Answer

Start by sharing your company and platform details, the authorized scope and exclusions, and your preferred dates, hours, and timezone. Ternveil reviews the request and follows up about scope, timing, and next steps.

Question 3

What should I include in a request?

Accepted Answer

The request form asks for your company name, company website or identifier, platform URL, authorized systems or environments, domains, APIs, and user roles, explicit exclusions, preferred dates, hours and timezone, and contact details.

Question 4

Does submitting a request authorize testing?

Accepted Answer

No. Submitting the form is a starting point, not authorization to begin testing. Ternveil reviews the information and follows up about scope, timing, and next steps.

Question 5

What do the assessment findings make clear?

Accepted Answer

The findings explain the weakness uncovered, why it matters to your platform, and what to prioritize for remediation, so your team can understand the result and decide what to do next.
